it something can`t delete from my life..it lot till pain shoulder to carry on..start from beginning i working wit lady boss..environment wit a lot gal( certain women) women..u know la how work wit women lot attitude what) some like auntie..some like nanny
haven't lady boss like to listen what people like complaint 100% especially her blood..like hell u complaint about her blood but she just silent n no action taken..team leader also same ..no verify wit that person then straightly go n complaint..never check..in front of u just quite..say like i not involve but after that add some pepper,salt n sugar some more MSG to lady boss..if think u don know do how to work then learn ..don act so smart....maybe la nate,certain thing i agree wit u,lady boss just listen what our problem but i know start from the beginning,lady boss look down on me..at least not like her what..how long she working but still the same position..what she did she get back lo..that y people also look down on her..don wanna promote her..just go head lo....
it totally different wit my previous boss when i`m working as admin clerk at shangri.la hotel in engineering dept..my boss quite handsome but a bit lost..he not high education but working use ideology n brain..He`s not person hear 100% what people say but after that he check the story..he will listen what face at work place then try to find the solution to improve..then judge..he always give chance to the mistake..n me r the part of people who really thanks to him cos give me some space to learn and gain my knowledge n experience to improve my skill..n learn new thing..ever my English worse but he still correct my way..he give me chance to work in happy environment..1 thing about him..if he wanna do something project he will refer that person who in charge the job..(normally refer to leader right..sometime u can see right..even u working quite long but it hard for u to increase your position n salary at least my boss will check what the reason ..if he think that person qualify then he will suggest no because personal reason but it about quality job n make them import worker...in ENGINEERING DEPT..*(WA!! something like real ice)
that my experience i can`t forgot....thanks for my boss n for the guys thanks a lot for give me a change to know u all well..i enjoy work wit u all..
for rain staff..if not happy can talk what..damn back stabbing..who think i talk about them..sorry ho can`t help it...(like nanny said)
